My Thoughts:
I love a National Geographic book, especially one about travel! I figured this one based on quick, weekend trips would be perfect in these Covid times where travel is limited. I definitely have not traveled during Covid, but when I’m looking to spread my wings again, this book will be a great resource. It is now, too, while I dream!
The pictures are stunning as ever, and I loved the top 10 lists, especially the ones about antiquing, museums, and much more. How fun it would be to check several of these places off my to-do list!
If you are looking for an inspiring, but do-able travel guide, check this one out!
Thank you to the publisher for the gifted copy.
My perfect weekend would be at a hotel right on the beach where I would sit on the balcony and read!

This sounds amazing! I hope I get to look at it. I’ve read short things like weekend trips in a particular state but this is global.

Looks like an amazing book! I miss traveling. Going for a weekend used to be so easy and convenient, but in these days with Covid passport, location registration forms, tests and what not, it barely seems worth the effort just to go on a weekend. I would love to read the book and dream myself away though!

I haven’t done any leisure travel in quite a while. This sounds like a great read. Even if I won’t go to the locations physically, it will be nice to experience them through the stunning pics. Great review.
